LFW designer Meet Parekh designs made from recycled materials for contestants of India’s Next Top Model Inbox x

Contestants will be giving us major eco-chic inspiration in dresses made out of discarded material in the upcoming episode of India’s Next Top Model. The models will be seen flaunting  the ‘trashy’ look designed by Lakme Fashion Week designer, Meet Parikh. Dressed up in recycled dresses made out of unthinkable material like bubble wrap, party curtains, plastic spoons and plastic toys, top models will be judged on how they carry off the recycled look in their photo-shoot.

Contestants posed in recycled dresses as they expressed the pain they felt for their environment. Models pulled off the look effortlessly while they stood posing for the shutterbug.  Anusha Dandekar assisted the contestants with the shoot and helped them pose better.

A source close to the sets said, “The contestants carried off the recycled clothes beautifully! Each one of them looked impeccable in the outfits and it looked as if the dresses were custom- made for them.”
