Apple launched its iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus models with new storage versions and features. Often users tend to buy older models post the launch of a new variant since they expect a price cut. Hence, if you’re looking to buy older iPhone models at cheaper rates, Apple’s latest move could disappoint you. The company has removed its iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus and the iPhone 5s smartphones from its India website.
This also means that Indian users now have only three iPhone ranges to choose from. The series is led by the iPhone 7 and the iPhone 7 Plus, followed by the iPhone 6s and the iPhone 6s Plus, and finally the iPhone SE.
While the discontinuation of the iPhone 5s was pretty much expected after the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus launch, the removal of the iPhone 6 handsets comes as a surprise.
While the price of the iPhone 7 starts at $649, the iPhone 7 Plus hits stores at $749. There is also an iPhone upgrade programme for users in the US, UK and China. Pre-orders in the US start this Friday and shipping commences from September 16. In India, the phones will be available from October 7 and the price starts at Rs 60,000 for the 32GB variant. Iphone 7 and the Iphone 7 plus have come out with a new color. Black color is an osim colour. Iphone 7 and 7 plus will be available in 4 colours and in 3 storage capacity, which are 32 GB,128 GB and 256 GB. You can experience the A10 chip on the iPhone 7 and IPhone 7 plus. Camera quality and the battery life are also been improved.
