British Airways is delighted to launch the Trade Graduate Programme, a one-of-a-kind initiative that aims to recognise, motivate and reward travel agents for their unwavering commitment to the airline.
The Trade Graduate Programme will equip our trade partners with the product knowledge and network information with respect to British Airways. The trade partners enrolled under the programme will be encouraged to complete nine incentivised training modules as part of the programme. Participants will get 15 days to complete each module. To make this exercise twice as much fun and beneficial for its valuable participants, British Airways is giving away exciting prizes in the form of Amazon and Croma shopping vouchers.

The Trade Graduate Programme is an extension of our efforts in supporting our partners in their endeavour to serve our customers better.”
With five winners per module, this unique programme is offering 45 travel trade partners the opportunity to win shopping vouchers. Additionally, participants who complete four, seven and all nine modules also get a chance to win shopping gift vouchers worth INR5,000 to INR20,000. The first module is on World Traveller Plus, British Airways’ premium economy product and will be available till 30th September. New modules will be available every fortnight and participants will be notified through the Speedbird Club Newsletter. Names of lucky winners of previous modules will also be published in the newsletter.

The airline currently operates 49 flights a week from five key cities in India, including New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad. Terms and Conditions
Ø Eligibility: The programme is open to all India based travel agency staff members. Travel agency staff or participants must register on Speedbirdclub website (http://www.speedbirdclub.com/en/welcome) to participate.
Ø Programme: The programme consists of 9 training modules with each training module being available for 15 days on SpeedbirdClub website. The agency staff member will have to read an information pack and then complete an online questionnaire. Each agency staff member completing a module successfully will be able to download a certificate. Successful completion of a module implies that all questions need to be answered correctly. There is no limit to the number of attempts required to complete the programme.
Ø Prizes: Each agency staff member successfully completing a module will enter into a prize draw to win INR2,000 worth of shopping vouchers. There will be a total of 5 prizes per fortnight for 9 modules. There are grand prizes to be won on completion of the entire programme dependent on the number of modules completed. The first module that is planned to launch is on our World Traveller Plus, premium economy. In addition to the module prize of INR2,000 worth of Amazon vouchers, any agent completing the module successfully and also selling WTP seat during the module duration will earn a bonus of INR2,000 worth of Amazon vouchers.
Ø Media: By participating in this Contest, the Participant grants British Airways, its affiliates and subsidiaries and their agents an irrevocable right to publish, use, adapt, sell, edit and/or modify such entry in any way, in commerce, and in any and all media worldwide, including but not limited to the Internet, without limitation and without compensation to the Participant. Participant also grants British Airways, its affiliates and subsidiaries worldwide irrevocable, nonexclusive and royalty free right and license to use, copy, reproduce, transfer, modify and/or display any information contained in their entry in whole or part and in any form without compensation. British Airways may also use this information to contact the Eligible Participant which may include contact by email, post or telephone.
Ø Participants give British Airways the right to share their details with the evaluation committee as well as with any other partner(s) who British Airways deems necessary.
Ø Participant release and hold harmless the judges and British Airways, its affiliates and subsidiaries (including its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents and representative, agencies) from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, claim, action, demand or damage of any kind rising from or in connection with the Participation. British Airways is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction including injury or damage to participants.
