It is a matter of immense pride that our employees, our most valuable asset, have expressed such high satisfaction. We have always endeavoured to support talent across levels with the right Tools, Trainings and Tips (Coaching). In that respect, we have moved away from the traditional talent management approach, and have instead adopted a more contextual, inclusive method, which is adaptable to different needs across levels. This award is a validation of all those efforts.
