India’s largest automobile company, Tata Motors has launched its premium SUV Hexa , a lifestyle vehicle, at Rs 11.99 lakh to Rs 17,5 lakh ex showroom Delhi. It is power packed, feature loaded and adrenaline pumped. It hasgot Signature IMPACT design language and Super Drive Modes , to maximize engine and drive performance. Tata Motors emphasis on design and drivability, the Tata hexa packs an aggressive attitude and delivers absolute comfort, with a confident design. The premium SUV will take on Mahindra’s XUV , Toyota’s Innova and variants of Hyundia Creta and Renault Duster.
Launching the Hexa, Mayank Pareek, President for Passenger Vehicle Division, said ” I am excited and not nervous. We are confident of the success of the Hexa. We have got an overwhelming response from the engagement marketing activity. There is already a waiting period of 6 weeks. 60 percent of the bookings are with automatic transmission.
Tata motors’s had registered a growth of 17 percent which is more than double of market share of over 8 % in the first nine moths of the fiscal year, April to Dec. Tata Motors only has 59 percent of the overall passenger vehicle market so there is a big opportunity of 41 % to tap into.
Tata Hexa is equipped with New gen CONNECTNEXT Infotainment system with ergonomicaaly placed 5 ” touch screen, exclusively designed by Harman, features voice recognition and smart phone integration. The ConnectNext App Suite includes NaviMaps app,Juke Car App, Tata remote App and Tata Smart Manual App.
Hexa is loaded with with a compressive Safety Suite with 6 airbags- dual, Elcetronic Stability Programme, ABS with EBD, Hill hold Control and Hill Descent Control, Traction Control System.
The SUV will be available in 5 colours with 3 manual variant and 2 automatic variants.
